Jo Brownlee, Founder and Principal Consultant, focuses on connecting strategic needs, relationships and processes for efficient, yet holistic and comprehensive outcomes. Jo’s resilience, capacity building, and analytical approach often lends itself to project management and leadership roles. Jo brings to the table and ultilises her expertise including:

Jo’s experience extends over 20 years across a wide breadth of projects and companies inclusive of work in solicitors’ firms, international aid state-owned enterprise, government, multi-national engineering organisation, Statutory Authorities, the not-for-profit sector, working with colleagues, private manufacturing operations, Industry Associations, and other governments.
Work has included the public and private sector in health, aviation, business services, economic development, education, electrical services, emergency management, environment, first aid, health and wellbeing, innovation, IT, justice, manufacturing, mining, risk, social services, sustainability, trades and training.
Jo Brownlee is a tertiary qualified professional with a Bachelor of Business (Management), Graduate Certificate of Engineering (Project Management), Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment, Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and a Masters of Social Science (Environment and Planning). In addition, Jo has undertaken Mt Eliza Business School Leadership Development Program, Investment Logic Mapping, SAI GLOBAL RABQSA-AU Management System Auditing, SAI GLOBAL BSBAUD402B – Participate in a Quality Audit, 21588VIC – Course in AIIMS Nationally Accredited SHO, and 21587VIC – Course in Basic Wildfire Awareness training. Jo is a firefighter with the Mornington Fire Brigade.
This exposure allows Jo the ability to quickly adapt to a client’s needs as well as draw on lessons and skills learnt across many sectors.
